Eyewear Exchanges & Returns

You can return your eyewear purchase within 14 days of purchase. Once recieved and processed, an exchange may be offered according to our exchange policy or if requested a refund will be issued inline with our returns policy. Please ensure the items are returned in the same condition as it was received - unworn with all original packaging, cloths and accessories. Any damage, evidence of wear or mixing elements may result in no refund or exchange being issued.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt (excluding custom made items which are non returnable unless faulty). We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different model/ colour if preferred.
